Theresa Newhard
Founder, Your Inner Phoenix
Theresa is the founder of Your Inner Phoenix. Theresa is passionate about supporting individuals and organizations to build their vision and capacity for positive impact. Her areas of expertise include strategy, business development, coaching leaders, and supporting individuals to navigate complex issues, decision-making and action at pivotal times.
In addition to leading Your Inner Phoenix, Theresa is the Executive Director / VP of Inglis Community Services, a 145-year nonprofit organization serving people with disabilities across the state of Pennsylvania. As with Your Inner Phoenix, Inglis empowers individuals to live the lives that they choose - on their own terms - and using innovative approaches to build independence and improve quality of life.
Theresa has a master’s degree in public administration from New York University, where she received a full-scholarship fellowship award in social entrepreneurship. Her bachelor’s degree is from Bucknell University. As the facilitator of Your Inner Phoenix courses, Theresa draws on her five years of experience as an adjunct professor of sociology.

Shannon is a Certified Professional Coach, specializing in Women’s Empowerment. Shannon is passionate about holding women accountable to their future. She specializes in individuals who are navigating one of the most critical crossroads in life; including divorce and the chapter that follows: “What’s Next?”.
Values System, Intentionality, and Accountability are the principles of Shannon’s practice. She has a true passion for supporting clients through all aspects of the realities of divorce (processing the emotions, making decisions, preparing for interactions, and creating their future.) She empowers her clients to take consistent intentional action in support of their future reality.
Ananta Ripa Ajmera
Founder and CEO, The Ancient Way
Ananta is a spiritual teacher, co-founder and CEO of The Ancient Way, an organization that serves as a bridge between ancient/modern wisdom and supports you to embody wisdom in a way that unfolds your true Self. She is the author of the books "The Way of the Goddess" (coming September 2022) and “The Ayurveda Way”. She is also the host of the True to Yourself Podcast.
Ananta has taught Ayurveda at Stanford Medicine, NYU, UNICEF, ABC News, and the California Department of Public Health. Her work has been featured on Fox News, ABC News and in Forbes Magazine, Vogue Magazine, Yoga Journal, Reader’s Digest, Spirituality & Health Magazine, New York Magazine, MindBodyGreen, and Elephant Journal. She presently leads a Spiritual Warrior Certificate Program + a Circle of Life Community Program.
Christine Hennigen

Christine is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals through sound financial planning. She specializes in working with clients who are divorced, widowed or otherwise left to prepare for an independent future. Christine’s areas of expertise include investments, insurance, retirement, estate and divorce planning. Christine offers specifically tailored services for her clients designed to assist them in meeting their personal financial goals, while also providing for a secure future. She frequently works with attorneys and mediators as well as their clients to navigate the complex financial aspects of the divorce process.
Christine has spent her career working tirelessly to involve women in financial decision-making. She has seen the problems that arise when women are unfamiliar with their finances before a divorce or death. She has worked with women who knew little more than their spouses’ company name and title, or had no prior knowledge of compensation, benefits or accounts. Christine works to be involved pre-divorce to help with financial strategy, and post-divorce to help her clients move forward with new plans. She is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.
Jen Perry
Founder, Heartful Consulting
Jen Perry, MSEd, MA, LPC has been a counselor, life coach, and mindfulness teacher for over 20 years. She specializes in helping Highly Sensitive People thrive in love, work, and parenting Highly Sensitive Children. Jen is passionate about using mindfulness and compassion-based approaches to ameliorate human suffering.
Jen builds on clients’ values and strengths, teaching them mindfulness and creative problem-solving skills, empowering them to find authentic self-expression in the world. Her approach balances the desire for personal growth, change with acceptance and loving-kindness for self and others.
Jen has a Master of Science in Education from The University Of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University. She has advanced trainings in Highly Sensitive People, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as Mindfulness-Based Coaching and Positive Psychology.
Magogodi oaMphela Makhene

Love As A Kind of Cure
Magogodi oaMphela Makhene is an Iowa Writers Workshop trained writer and social entrepreneur. She leads Love As A Kind of Cure, a social enterprise that dismantles white supremacy through live events and immersive learning. Since their 2020 birthday bash for Toni Morrison at the Brooklyn Museum, @lovekindcure has galvanized women like Arundhati Roy, Nikki Giovanni, Krista Tippett and Joy Harjo in this work. Their signature program is an actionable 6 week Antiracism course for women ready to take on white supremacy from the inside out—it’s been described by alums as a “game changer”.
Magogodi has been published by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Elie Wiesel and Yale University Press, as well as Granta, Harvard Review and Ploughshares. She’s a proudly Soweto made soul who believes that we can use our most painful experiences to gain power and purpose in our lives.
Jill Hoffman
Founder, Center City Naturopathic
Jill is a licensed naturopathic doctor. She graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. Jill began her naturopathic practice working in an integrative medicine environment, partnering with a gynecologist in Phoenix, AZ, and focusing on digestive issues and women’s medicine. She divided time between her medical practice and teaching at Grand Canyon University, where she instructed pathophysiology and clinical nutrition classes for pre-med undergrads. Through educating and providing tools for change, Jill inspired and guided patients and students alike towards positive transformation in their lives.
Jill graduated with honors from Skidmore College. Following a stint in corporate America, she returned to school to pursue medicine, successfully completing a pre-medical post-baccalaureate program at Mills College in the Bay Area. Becoming a naturopathic doctor was the clear path since preventative medicine and natural therapeutics best fits Jill’s personal values and sensibilities. Jill has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2006 and established Center City Naturopathic, a private wellness consulting practice in Philadelphia in 2011.
